We will stay up to date on the latest information concerning federal, state, and local jurisdictional rules and regulations to support our clients’ evolving needs. Compliance is a mutual undertaking in which both our clients and staff collaborate to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance. Through our commitment to excellence, we will achieve the highest level of compliance for our clients and help them maximize their business opportunities.
Compliance programs are not one size fits all; they must be customized to meet the unique challenges of every company and satisfy the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines. Some companies may have a relatively simple program, while others may be more complex.
We create tailored compliance programs by starting with a thorough review of the different risks faced by our clients. Ideally, we utilize an audit by an independent third party, but not every company has the budget for this. If budget is a factor, we can start with our clients’ internal resources to explore the relevant issues.
